FOREST VILLAS HOTEL PRESCOTT

Guest Reviews

People have some great things to say about Forest Villas, here are just a few:

“Prescott Gem!
The best hotel in Prescott I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. The staff are so welcoming and assist you with any questions or concerns. The Forrest Villa Hotel stands out above the cookie cutter cooperate hotels in the area. My wife and I stay in Prescott a lot and truly enjoy the area, so we celebrated our 29th year wedding anniversary. We truly had no idea about this secret gem and were very impressed. My wife really gave me the Kudos for finding this hotel on our special celebration. Furthermore, I have stayed at several hotels and have never been approached by all levels of management about our care and stay. Unfortunately, we have lost most hospitality hotels in ways of doing business this way. The Forrest Villa has not lost the vision and that’s why they stand out above the others. We are so thankful to all the staff and service they provide, they do care !!”

You just need to go there to get it!
What hotel leaves a personalized birthday card (all employee’s signed their names) within your room? This nostalgic/boutique hotel excels at customer service beyond words. Beautiful grand piano with an excellent pianist playing started our Sunday morning as we ate a wonderful complimentary breakfast gazing at the beautiful setting outside the panoramic windows. Michael, Barry and Ashley are always so welcoming and know how to treat their guests. This hotel goes above and beyond! I love the quiet setting yet close to the action of downtown Prescott. The rooms are very clean and feel bigger than a standard hotel room in the big box world of accommodations. Gardens are spectacular …so peaceful and soothing! Pool has not been crowded … always relaxing and not loud or distracting. Thank you Forest Villas for making my birthday so special! See you again soon for another well needed respite:)”

Like Royalty!!!
Want to be treated like royalty? Try this unique hotel! The whole staff was very friendly, personable, and accommodating! The room and common areas were clean and comfortable! Our bed was a winner… not too firm and not too soft! Breakfast was delicious every morning! Our room (237) had a gorgeous view of the mountains! We felt right at home the first day! We will stay here every time we visit Prescott!”

Charming hotel with amazing service and relaxing atmosphere
This is a beautiful, charming hotel with amazing service. Staff went above par to ensure we had early room access so we could view our daughter’s livestream college graduation. We especially enjoyed listening to the pianist during breakfast and relaxing around the firepits in the pool patio, by the lobby fireplace and on our private terrace. The fact that they allowed me free access to the huge gym facility across the street was a huge bonus. We loved this place and we wouldn’t dream of staying any where else when we’re in Prescott.”

Great place if you’re traveling with pets
My wife and I attended a wedding in Prescott and couldn’t find a dog sitter for our Aussie. We arrived early (2 hours before check in) but when the front desk found out we had a dog (word to wise; call and let them know. $35 fee) they were very fast about trying to find us a room on the first floor (pet rooms). The manager had to check two rooms before he found one that was ready. Everyone was very helpful and kind even though we were early on check in. Breakfast was simple but good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They tend to cater to pets.”

“Great Staff!
Cory and the manager, Jeff, were fantastic helping to fix a problem at check in.
They went above and beyond what one would expect from a hotel.
The hot water for tea was happily replenished at night and an extra blanket quickly furnished for my wife.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again and rate it highly on comfort and facilities in the room for disabled guests.
My only missed a microwave in the room; however they did have one in the well appointed lobby.”

A charming hotel in Prescott.
Easy access to Whiskey Row/ Gurley Street. The jacuzzi was hot, and the pool was refreshing. The balcony was cute and gave the room a bit of ambiance. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. My friend has severe allergies to lavender and down feathers. We asked for a feather-free room and no lavender-scented soaps or cleaning products. They responded right away on the Hotels.com app, and when we arrived, the front desk clerk let us know that the room was feather-free and cleaned with fragrance-free cleaner. Breakfast was simple bagels, muffins, or egg and sausage burritos. It was nice to get out of the Phoenix heat and enjoy some greenery.

Thank you!
Please express our appreciation to all of the staff, not only for our anniversary celebration evening, but for the rest of the time our family was there. All family members enjoyed a pleasant stay and were very happy that we chose Forest Villas for our 50th anniversary celebration. The venue was perfect for our ceremony and dinner, the tables looked beautiful, the meal was delicious, and the cake was something else. (wow)! You did a superb job in organizing all of the many details for the event and everyone was so attentaive to our desires/needs. To be sure, we will return at a later date to enjoy another stay! A big thank you to you all!”

Great Stay
After considering several mid-scale, pet-friendly lodging alternatives in the Prescott area, we selected the beautifully situated, 62-unit, Forest Villas Hotel for a family reunion of twelve, and, to a person (and the family dog), we could not have been happier. Hotel and staff exceeded every expectation, the former offering inviting, indoor and outdoor areas throughout the property for day and evening gatherings, perfect for groups large or small, and the latter always helpful, yet unobtrusive. A flawless, three-day stay, thanks especially to General Manager Jane and her staff. (Sorry, Yelp, no ‘mustard’ on this first-time review. As a tip, however, for those staying with a pet and preferring a king-sized bed, consider springing for the spacious, king-sized deluxe room. Among its amenities, Room 121 features a comfortable patio, convenient, stairwell access to covered parking, and plenty of space for small-group gatherings after a long day.)”

@forestvillas is a cool little hotel in Prescott Az!
When you pull up it’s got a cool little water feature and a covered area to unload and check in. There is also a little grass area where there is a water fountain which makes for a peaceful area on a cool sunny day! When you walk in you a greeted by a big stair case, grand piano, bar and a nice lounge area. The staff is friendly, polite and helpful. We got our room and it was as it looked on the website. I found the patio to be a really cool feature that you just don’t get with hotels much these days. The rooms aren’t huge but that’s fine they are perfect for a little weekend away! The hotel offers a breakfast in the morning and a pretty decent coffee bar! The pool and hot tub were nice. We only spent the evening in the hot tub but it looked like a nice set up! All and all it was a great weekend and we will definitely return! Highly recommend staying here! It’s only about 10 min to Whiskey Row!”
