What is a Gravity Flow Track?
A gravity flow track is a specialized mountain biking trail designed to create a seamless and enjoyable riding experience. Unlike traditional mountain biking trails that may require frequent pedaling and braking, a gravity flow track utilizes the natural downhill gradient to maintain momentum. This design allows riders to flow smoothly from one feature to the next without needing to pedal excessively or use the brakes often.

Key features of a gravity flow track include:

Berms: Banked turns allow riders to maintain speed and momentum while navigating corners.

Rollers: Series of small, rolling hills that provide a rhythmic, wave-like riding experience.

Tabletops and Jumps: Gentle jumps that are approachable for beginners but fun for advanced riders.

Smooth Transitions: Carefully shaped connections between features to ensure a fluid ride.

The focus on fluidity and flow makes these tracks ideal for beginners looking to build confidence and advanced riders seeking high-speed thrills. The Bean Peaks Gravity Flow Track exemplifies these principles, offering a trail that is as fun as it is challenging.
